About the Role

As an AIN, you will provide compassionate support to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity and comfort.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
• Preparing meals and administering medication
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients with light household tasks
• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
• Delivering care to both male and female participants
• Supporting individuals with dementia and behavioural needs

Locations

We have opportunities available across the South West Sydney region, including:

• Bankstown area: Bankstown, Revesby, Panania, Picnic Point, Georges Hall
• Liverpool–Holsworthy corridor: Moorebank, Hammondville, Wattle Grove
• Fairfield district: Fairfield, Smithfield, Bossley Park, Bonnyrigg, Wetherill Park
• Cabramatta and surrounding suburbs
• Camden and Campbelltown

What We’re Looking For

• A caring and empathetic nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with participants from diverse backgrounds
• Experience supporting individuals with dementia and behavioural needs
• Experience in aged care or home care (preferred)
• Certificate III in Individual Support – Aged Care (preferred)

Requirements

• Current and valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a fully insured vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Cleared National Criminal History Check
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
• Smartphone (for rostering app access)

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Language skills in Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Greek, or Tagalog are highly regarded.
