About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll be more than a carer you’ll be a trusted companion, supporting older people to stay connected, active, and independent in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities and meal preparation
• Supporting medication reminders and personal care
• Helping with light household tasks
• Accompanying clients to appointments and community outings

• What You Bring
• A caring and empathetic nature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in aged care (Certificate III in Individual Support preferred)
• Confidence working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds

Multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply especially those fluent in Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Greek, or Tagalog.

Requirements

• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a fully insured vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
• Smartphone for use with rostering app
