FOCUS Connect’s Commonwealth Home Support Program provides essential assistance for those needing extra support to live independently in their own homes across Sydney's Northern Suburbs, including Ryde, Hornsby, Epping, Pymble, Eastwood, and surrounding areas.


Our personal care services are tailored to address each client’s unique health, safety and well-being needs. Our experienced support workers are selected for their compassionate approach and provide attentive, hands-on care.

Personal care services can include:

Support with showering and washing

Assistance with dressing

Grooming support, such as hair washing, shaving, and nail clipping

Assistance with taking medication

What Does It Cost?

If you're eligible for CHSP services in your home, you'll need to make a personal contribution. The Australian Government heavily subsidises our Commonwealth Home Support Programme, ensuring your fees remain affordable. Typically, you will contribute around $16.50 per hour for personal care support. Plus, there are no exit fees or hidden charges under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
