FOCUS Connect is a not-for-profit charity and approved My Aged Care provider offering specialised clinical care to help you manage your health, mobility, and medical needs safely in your own home.

We support eligible recipients across South West Sydney and Northern Sydney Suburbs through the Support at Home program (formerly known as the Home Care Package).
