Are you tech-savvy and patient, with a passion for helping others? FOCUS Connect is seeking a Tech Connect Volunteer Facilitator to support older people in building confidence using smartphones, tablets, computers and everyday technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support with everyday technology
• Explain technology concepts in a clear, patient and jargon-free way
• Help participants troubleshoot common issues with their devices
• Create a supportive, judgement-free learning environment

What we are looking for:

• IT professionals, students, technology enthusiasts, or patient and friendly problem-solvers
• Friendly, patient and encouraging manner
• Strong understanding of smartphones, tablets and computers

Requirements:

• Driver's Licence (C)
• National Police Certificate
• Working with Children Check
