Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about supporting your community? FOCUS Connect is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organisation and provide essential front-desk support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide a warm, welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records
- Support staff with general office duties as needed
What we are looking for:
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience is a plus but not required
