CHSP Community Transport in South West Sydney

As an approved My Aged Care provider, FOCUS Connect is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting seniors across Sydney's South West Suburbs. Our CHSP transport services provide reliable access to the community, enabling seniors to maintain their independence without relying on family or friends for rides.

CHSP Community Transport

Through the CHSP program, FOCUS Connect offers a variety of flexible support services for residents throughout South West Sydney, including Campbelltown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Camden, Bankstown, Wollondilly, Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, and nearby surrounding suburbs.

Our transportation services are designed to help seniors stay independent and engaged in their community. We provide reliable transportation for social outings, family events, shopping, and medical appointments, ensuring safe and timely travel. We also offer support at your destination and until you return home safely.

We can arrange vehicles tailored to your needs, including wheelchair-accessible options and specialised equipment for those with disabilities.

What Does It Cost?

If you're eligible for CHSP services in your home, you'll need to make a personal contribution. The Australian Government heavily subsidises our Commonwealth Home Support Programme, ensuring your fees remain affordable. Typically, you will contribute around $11 per hour for transport services. Plus, there are no exit fees or hidden charges under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
