Domestic assistance helps you manage everyday household tasks so you can live safely and independently at home. FOCUS Connect supports eligible older people across South West and Northern Sydney Suburbs with tailored help for cleaning, laundry, and more.

As we age, keeping on top of everyday cleaning and household tasks can become more difficult, but these routines are essential for safety, comfort, and well-being.
FOCUS Connect’s domestic assistance services provide practical help with daily chores, delivered by friendly and respectful staff. Our goal is to help you stay independent and in control of your home life, without unnecessary stress.
We offer domestic assistance to eligible older people through the Support at Home program across both South West Sydney and Northern Sydney suburbs.
Services may include:
- General cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting)
- Dishwashing and kitchen clean-up
- Laundry and ironing
- Bed changing and linen washing
- Grocery shopping from a list
- Basic meal preparation
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning
How Much Does Domestic Assistance Cost Under Support At Home?
If you're eligible for Support at Home (SAH) services, the cost of domestic assistance depends on your individual care needs and package level.
