As we age, it can become harder to manage the daily routines that support our wellbeing — things like showering, grooming, or getting dressed.


That’s where personal care services come in. Our trained support workers and care team offer flexible, practical assistance to help you maintain hygiene and dignity, without losing your independence or routine.

What’s Included?

FOCUS Connect’s personal care offerings may include:

  • Help with showering or bathing
  • Assistance with dressing
  • Grooming support (hair washing, shaving, nail care)
  • Support with toileting
  • Help taking medication
  • Morning and evening routines

Services are tailored based on your care plan and aged care assessment.

How Much Does Personal Care Cost Under Support At Home?
